todays adventure!

excited because we were headed to the 4 wheeler race!

one of dave's patients, son races these 4 wheeler on a motocross track. he's really good! she was so nice to invite us to come & watch, seriously this was so cool, we we're right there in all the action. their tent or (pit stop) was right on the track behind all the pros tents. he is considered pro am. they have different classes & or levels. there are the pros, pro ams (which her son is, & by the way he is so close in points to becoming pro) class a & class b.
there they are all at the starting line. the pro go first, then with in minutes the next class & so on. oh man it was so awesome!!!

my cute little fam. too bad our camera is LAME!!!! all the pics are super dark!

here they come! i can't tell you how cool it was to see these guys, it was like they were charging at us in a  battle. & their engines are so loud & power full,  it just echoed throughout the valley.

I know this one is hard to see, but it was so cute of dave & aspen I had to throw it in here.

here's eric coming in for his first stop, he hit a tree & his goggles broke. this was so cool it was just like on cars! oh, ok I know I have a kid that is obsessed with that movie. I will use an adult term.........it was like nascar!

this was the action right in front of us. there was dirt flying in our faces, competitors running of the course, we were right in the middle of it.

& that's all we have from such an exciting day. our camera finally died. aspen did an excellent job of caring for their darling dog phoebe, me & chase enjoyed numerous & delightful conversations with eric's cute girlfriend while hanging out in the trailer. eric unfortunately did not do well today, he lost time when he hit the tree, he thought he broke his thumb & said he had a hard time holding on. man, I would too riding as hard as they do for two hours straight, are you kidding me!?  so, he was pretty bummed which made us a little bummed, but still it was such an amazing day, at least he didn't get hurt. there were about 3 people that had to be hauled off in an ambulance. please bless them with a full recovery.  thanks suzan, frank, victoria, eric & phoebe, for such an exciting day. we're so proud of you eric!!!
