Albion Basin, the Johnson's took us for a hike to Secret Lake. This was a special place for Dave and I because this is were we went for our first date!!!! It was so romantic, a moonlight hike......how delightful! Ah.....I don't know where the group pic went of the Johnson family, will insert somewhere else.
Some of the Johnson grandkids, Aspen loves playing with these boys, especially Isaac he is 6 month older than her.
Dave's summer project. He built this playhouse out at Grandma & Grandpa johnson's. Sorry no picture of the end result, camera broke before it was finished, but I 'll tell you what it was a gem! David did a wonderful job on it! Well we had a great time!!! Aspen's first b-day still to come!!

So fun! I can't remember the last time I saw your brothers - what a fun trip. I am totally jealous of your time in Jackson.
It looks like you had such a fun time!! Aspen is growing up so fast! This kind of makes me want to give my blog a little tlc... kind of! I am so glad you decided to come back to sweet old west virginia! I was beginning to wonder if you were copin' out!
Such a fun trip! I'm jealous - even though I was there in April and we're going back in Novemeber, I too miss the mountains, especially up in Jackson. We really missed our annual summer trip up there this year. Gorgeous pics and happy birthday aspen! So, we're game for the zoo or anything else, anytime. Tuesdays and thursday are out b/c elsa has preschool and I teach. Lt me know what your schedule looks like next week. Love to see you!
It looks like you had a great time! Aspen is so darn cute! I hope I get to see you when we both are in Utah... if that ever happens!
Oh friend it looks like you guys had a blast. Loved all the picts and I'm so jealous you got to go water skiing I have been wantin to go SO bad. What a blast. We are so glad you are back.

OH my goodness, what a fun time!!! You guys are just so adorable and adventurous. Every time I check out your blog I want to go hike a mountain or something. And Aspen is just too cute for words. I can't believe she's ONE!! I remember when we went to Ruby Tuesdays a couple days before you had her, and you were trying to decide if you should be induced or not (or when?). Time sure does fly!! Love and miss you guys!
