I love election day. Dave has the day off and so far it has been so much fun. I woke up went and VOTED,( which by the way was AWESOME! I loved it, this was the first time I had voted. I know shame on me, but I will ALWAYS vote) then we went on a walk. I love going on this trail next to the Monogahelia river (I am sure I spelled this incorrectly) It is so beautiful, not only do you get a great exercise, enjoy nature, but its very entertaining. They have a coal plant where they ship the coal on the river. Its fun to see them load it on to these huge barges.
By the end of the walk Dave needed to go a little faster, so mister ironman decided to run home. Go babe, go!
This is so awesome, we spotted this trailer on the side of the river. It even had its own dock, SWEET!
This is the barge being filled up with the coal. We thought it was kind of neat, when the barge is full all that rusty part you see is completely under the water when finished.
Someone had a little too much fun. She feel asleep the last 10 min of the walk. Little cutie!
We thought this was a pretty picture of the river. Now with all the leaves gone you can really see it and beautiful it is.

Way to go! I voted too! We did the early Ballot thing so we dont have to wait in any lines...so much easier, especially since I would have to take some kids with me!

How GORGEOUS!!! I think we are more alike than we know...I absolutely LOVE nature and being outdoors with my kids like you. Hopefully when you settle down and are back in SLC we can do some serious backpacking with the kids. Enjoy that awesome place while you are there.
