WOW, well thanks all!

Thank you for all of your opinions. I truly appreciate it. I know who I am going to vote for, I was just looking at this from a religious point of view and expressing how grateful I am for our close connection with our Heavenly Father during times of confusion. I love the peace we can feel from him about important decisions we make.

I love all of you and hope that the comments made by others did not offend you in any way.

Thanks again!!

I love your last post. You put so well exactly how I have been feeling about everything. I know I worry WAY too much about all this stuff, but it's just in my genes I guess. I honestly don't feel swayed more one way than the other. I don't get too into politics so I feel pretty ignorant when it comes to the topic. Once I feel like I really like Obama, something will happen or I will discuss the election with someone who convinces me that McCain is a better candidate. I really don't know. Not that my vote matters much in Utah anyway. I just kind of figure in the whole of things there's not much I can do about all this stuff except plan for the worst and hope for the best.
Anyway-you're great, thanks for your inspirational words. And as always.....Aspen is so sweet.

She Won

McCain-Palin 2008 tonight issued the following statement on tonight’s debate:
"Tonight, Governor Palin proved beyond any doubt that she is ready to lead as Vice President of the United States. She won this debate, putting Joe Biden on defense on energy, foreign policy, taxes and the definition of change. Governor Palin laid bare Barack Obama's record of voting to raise taxes, opposing the surge in Iraq, and proposing to meet unconditionally with the leaders of state sponsors of terror. The differences between the Obama-Biden ticket and the McCain-Palin ticket could not have been clearer. The American people saw stark contrasts in style and worldview. They saw Joe Biden, a Washington insider and a 36-year Senator, and Governor Palin, a Washington outsider and a maverick reformer. Governor Palin was direct, forceful and a breath of fresh air."
